Awards

The Focus on Excellence Awards Programme was initiated by FOCUS on Transport and Logistics magazine which is the Road Freight Association Publication. A comprehensive opinion poll was conducted by respected market research company, Scott Beyers. Operational for 20 years, Scott Beyers produces the quarterly Comparative Customer Satisfaction Monitor (CCSM), which names the transport industry's top achievers in the all-important field of CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.

Over 400 opinions were sought from owners and managers of road transport fleets who own or operate more than 10 vehicles with a gross vehicle mass (GVM) of more than 3500kg. From a total of thirteen categories GRW Engineering was nominated as a finalist in the category: Best Supplier of Trailers/Bodies. There were four nominees: Afrit, GRW Engineering, Henred Fruehauf and M & P Bodies.

For the first time in the history of the awards there were joint winners: GRW Engineering and AFRIT shared the honour. What makes the award so significant to GRW is the fact that we are 10 years old with some of our competitors topping the 30 year old mark.
